Wow, when you run over a drain pipe you don't mess around. Glad you got your mower fixed good as new. I always make a schematic too. It saves a lot of headaches when it comes to putting things back together.
***** Yep, that drain brought me from full speed ahead to all stop in an instant. I figured I killed something in the mower, but I lucked out this time. After a few years I figured I didn't need the schematic anymore. Was I ever wrong. Ended up on the internet looking for mower deck belt diagrams. More adventure work next week, I think. Thanks for watching.
Pidasian Hippie Went a little overboard, with lifting it onto the bench and such, but I had nothing else to do, so I went for a little adventure work. Yep, it sucked that stainless steel wire up in a split second. That wire is tough too; my 26 horse power mower went from full speed to dead stop instantly. I was sure I broke something, but I guess these new mowers are built to take it. More adventure work next week, I think, as I'm going to change out my shop AC unit. Thanks for watching. I count on you.
I guess you are lucky it do a ton of damage. At the very least, a bent shaft. Maybe you are lucky that it stopped it so quickly. I look forward to next week's AC change out. Good time of year for it!
You sure are handy. Loved that video. It looks brand new. Funny story about if our kids did it, they would get a talking to. But if we do it, we video tape it. You are so right. LOL See you next week.
I enjoyed your video, well done. I like how when you do something you do it right, including running over the drain pipe. I guess it being black you must have been mowing at night and couldn't see it. lol
Robert Chase Yea, that's the ticket, I was mowing at night. And anyway, that drain pipe had only been there ten years or so. No wonder I didn't remember it, as it was brand new! Either that, or I was rushing to finish my grass, and got careless. I like the first story better, so let's go with that. Thanks for watching.
@@AndrewBuchen I liked your video on the stew meat. I wish someone would make a video showing how little food is actually in a TV dinner. Or how much water they put in hamburger. Etc. Oh yea, I like TV dinners too!!
