Yeah, let’s forget about the 2 V8 F1 cars, the V10 BMW, the 305-powered Formula 5000, the Mclaren-Honda V12, the BRM V16, the McLaren Solus, all three GMAs, the Can-Am machines. Great sounding cars are _totally_ dead.
I feel like the McMurtry is at fault here, teslas where around long before Sperling came along and they did the hill climb once and no1 cared. Along came Mcmurtry and their dyson, beat the Record and that made EV's exciting for Goodwood cause it brought in views and interest. Now Goodwood seem to be allowing any chinese ev junk or ev junk in general to come run the hill cause an EV stands on the throne of this entire event.
Lamborghini and MacLaren are not the same, though. The Chinese have synthesized something from the vein of a Lamborghini and MacLaren, which should be celebrated.
@@-joe-davidson I agree 👍 a sleeker looking one. It's the "scowling" look of the hood and round headlights that harken back to the better looking Mustangs pre 2023. That new Mustang GTD has a great body style but the headlights are so boring just like the current gen Mustangs. 2013-2014 best front end imho.
@@betelgeuse227 which are needed for ships, planes and other stuff that cannot use power. They will get the e-fuels first. Add to that that it takes 30 years to get to production levels close to our current ones and you can understand why for private cars e-fuels will not be an option for a long, long time.
@@marti9 it's road legal and EU sound regulations. Just remember even the Lamborghini STO with stock exhaust is too loud and will get you black flagged on The Ring. F1 sounds horrible now. It sucks overall man.

It showed it can accelerate from dig then soon as it sees the corners it changed its tone. All show from start then once it sees the reality of the road, it just becomes timid.
