Thank you for being the only person that actually told me how to remove the bottom case, definitely a key point to pull it towards the trackpad after popping the front and side magnets, otherwise you can mistakenly think it's more magnets and damage your case, thank you

I need help with my Macbook. I brought it to an authorized store because my trackpad wasn’t working. They told me they would have to make a diagnosis of the device but when they returned it, they told me that the device is now non-functional because the logic board was broken even though they did not find any water or accidental damage; the hardware just gave up. The screen only displays an exclamation mark and a link: “support.apple.com/mac/restore.” I tried bringing it to another authorized store to troubleshoot the new issue but they told me that the screen won’t bypass and they can’t take any further steps. I need help on what to do next because I swear that I have done nothing to damage the Mac, even the technician saw no damage. The repair cost would also have to be around $1,200, almost the same price as when I bought the Mac.
