OMG. You're so cool and awesome. Almost 70% of the abs workout I'm doing. Still I'm not getting it flat may be the consistency needs to be more intensive than expected. For the past 2 months im working on and lost almost 13 kgs, after I seen the result now I wanted to keep going. Kudos to you guys to give us a motivation
You shouldn't be working the same muscle group everyday as they need a bit of rest afterwards. Every other day should be good and even better if you are working other groups on different days
Love this ab workout! Been doing it a while now and can now do it without breaks. Anyone know an ab workout that pushes even harder than this one? I’m almost ready to move on 😅
Obviously none have ever workout to Tony Hortons P90X, P90X2 & P90X3 & Pilates X, P90X+ Abs Core, core synergistics Tony Hortons P90X DVD workouts. Except there's no rest. Harder with 35lbs weight vest, pair of 10lbs, 15lbs, 20lbs or 25lbs dumbbells & leg weights

Thanks for the guided workout! This gave me some new ideas and movements for my core which I’m excited to incorporate more of moving forward 🔥 I would recommend have a circuit based solely on the back side of the core/lower back for a future video though. This has a very strong focus on core flexion, but I definitely had to incorporate my own core extension/lower back strengthening movements to balance everything out. There was also like three ads DURING the video which was inconvenient lol 😅 Not sure if that’s something you have control over but it definitely interrupts the flow.
This is just simply a great routine. I been following for a couple years now. At 60 and slightly overweight my overall health and wellness has greatly improved with this channel. Some days ya feel 20 yrs younger, and extremely sore,in a good way.
