At 66, I'm finding myself stiffening up and more prone to back and hip aches. I'm not able handle the type of exercise I did when I was younger. (I was surprised the other day to discover I have trouble stretching my arms over my head while on the mat. Yikes, when did that happen?😲) I've watched a few of your videos and just did this very effective routine. I find your explanations very clear and helpful, and your exercises spot-on! Thanks so much for focusing on the unique needs of seniors.

I love these quick workouts! I also want to say that my lower back is more stable & I am stronger overall since eating more red meat & its fat, and fewer carbs in a keto and carnivore-ish diet lifestyle.

Thank you. I’ve had my second spine surgery three months ago. I don’t want another one. I’ve not been signed up for PT. I feel amazing. L4-S1 fusion with two cages.

I'm 61, and just found your channel a little while ago. So much great information that has been very useful. I'm in fairly good shape, but lost a lot of flexibility after an accident that injured my right hip and knee, because it took so long for me to heal. For almost 2 years, I did virtually no exercise and very little walking, and now that I'm starting to exercise again and trying to get that flexibility back, I'm really feeling the struggle. I already bought an exercise bike that I've started using, and now I'm going through your channel looking for exercises that will help.

Very nice video These exercises are very helpful Me a lady of 59 years old undergone a tkr on right knee 2yrs back My left knee was also very weak But after following your glutes strength ning exercises now my surgeon has told me i dont need any tkr on my left knee Will you had helped me in this journey I thank you from bottom of my heart God bless you with both hands

Thank you so much, really appreciate your videos. I’m 51 and have had a few too many running injuries the past 4 years.. full achilles rupture and some key hole surgery on my knee last November. It’s still niggling away but I’m doing lots of rehab and trying out some of my your exercises… back racing and determined not to give up! Thanks again

Thanks Will, I am 78yrs I love your exercises. Can you please help me with exercises for increasing the flexion of the knee joints? I have painful knee joints, & the flexion is less than 45 degrees. Please make a video on this. Thanks.. God bless you.

G’day Will. Thank you for your informative vids. I’m 73, 185cm, 80kg, male and I have a non- specific sore lower back and have been doing core exercises for some years. They include Dr McGill’s big3 as well as others such as the bridge and clam as demonstrated by you in the vid. However, when I do the “toe-tap” or the “dying bug”, my lower back/hip joint clicks. It doesn’t hurt but is uncomfortable. Should I stop doing them?

Anyone with under developed glutes, (like mine), who doesn't feel the glutes working in a glute bridge - Do a single leg glute bridge and you *will* feel the glutes being activated. No other variation of the glute bridge activates my glutes unfortunately.
