Proud of you for doing something so kind for yourself today! ALSO never ever push yourself to stretch to a point that feels painful...please just don't. Meet your body where it is at today and not force it to this idea of what a stretch should look like. Anyways love you guys :)

I am a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor living in NYC. I found Pilates after my diagnosis with EDS so I totally get working with injuries and the importance of working with our bodies instead of against it.
