Wow, i always used to see you on my fyp, but only recently (the past week). I've been doing your workouts, and im sticking to it. Every night and morning, and it's the only time I've ever stuck with workouts. Im amazed, and everything about your videos is perfect. Wow what a very pleasant surprise to find this 15 min gem this morning! Two new routines so recently almost back to back! Thank you SO much Anna! I love love love shorter routines! ❤❤❤❤ Oh - I’m following the “Mix” calendar with the running (or walking for me with these steep foothills where I live) so I just noticed this would be the new workout for the “Weights” calendar, but I’m adding it on anyway as I do love 15 min routines! xxx

I am grateful that I came across your channel in the first place! I heard a lot of your podcasts and I loved every single one of them. Now my new plan is going to be this workout plan starting from tomorrow. Today was the last of on another workout plan and I wanted to try this for 14 days and I know I am going to love❤ Eins muss ich aber auf deutsch sagen, du bist einfach ein Engel egal was die andere sagen oder versuchen dich runterzuziehen hör nie auf die und bleib wie du bist❤❤ hab dich wirklich vom Herzen lieb! Ich habe mich und mein Körper IMMER gehasst, aber du hast mir beigebracht wie ich mich und meine Gefühle/ Seele und Körper auch lieben kann. Hello Anna, I came across your channel and have been doing exercises from your workouts every day since then. I think these are really great. I am 43 years old and have also given birth to two children. I've always been sporty. Unfortunately, a lot has changed for me since I turned 40 and somehow it is much more difficult to be defined. I eat enough protein now. Do you have any other tips for what women over 40 can do?

LOVE LOVE LOVE ur workouts! can u do one specializing in athletes? cause we play soccer, competitively, so with the games and practices we end up to tired to do ur workouts(u can still add the TONING/abs/lower body/upper body/ect.) we would just love to have one(possibly a few☺)workouts helping athletes(in season) 💗💗💗

Thank you for the exercise video. Please do the exercise video for more than 50 minutes with dumbbells I don't feel the effects if the video time is short

Yes it does have an affect. but don't completely have your stomach starved or empty. I can't workout on an empty stomach to...just eat something really light..for example rice cakes from quaker's and just top it off with banana or light spread peanut butter! remember you can have small snacks for workouts! or just have a small protein bar or any bar you would like!

Personally I would have a protein bar or shake before working out. It can be completely draining with an empty stomach but don't eat a full meal save a nutritious breakfast/lunch/dinner for after!
