everything's cold, the asian in me is screaming in agony 😅 i struggled with this working for a company in Canada that offers food to employees, everything is cold, people put ice in their water, and they ask me why i always eat cup noodles...
If I ate like this, it would cost me a minimum of 40 dollars (vegetables and fruit are damn expensive, especially if organic) every week. Now multiply the price per an average of 3-4 people in a household, and now you'll understand why we eat cheaper and unhealthy food. People struggle to buy real food because they simply cannot, and trying to normalize this regime (or diet) is actually cruel towards those parents and people who try to provide their household with decent food. I rarely eat processed food, and I opt for some vegetables, some canned tuna, frozen chicken and fish, mostly beans, rice, pasta, and eggs. This diet (except for breakfast) doesn't look different from many food gurus/influencers
This is an old video but dang my legs are dead 💀 I took little breaks within some of the exercises I am 13 years old doing this and my legs are shaking thanks for the video and congrats to anyone else who did this
Can your videos be used for a teenager. Or can you please make a video regarding work-out for teenagers. I dont know where to start. Its all so confusing. I tried searching but in vain it went. 😅
And at certain point you will hate being alone and not accepting people as they are. That is when you will need support but you never had a child to call your own or to count on in your old age
