Good afternoon Uliana, I saw this yesterday, but decided to wait and have Marc join me in this new upload for which we both thank you for your efforts and expertise. Thank you so much for all the new yoga classes with a different spin which we never know if we'll like them; WE DO SO MUCH. For me personally, doing yoga with you has ENRICHED MY LIFE IN VERY MANY WAYS. I have osteoarthritis/osteopor. and my dr. always put limitations on my yoga practise (never paid too much attention to them); I knew better and I was right. I just did a bone density scan and I was able to reverse full-blown osteoporosis to osteopenia with yoga/low impact aerobics/98% veget. diet and supplements. And, would be remiss of me to not say, YOUR STANDING YOGA ASANAS PLAYED A MASSIVE PART IN MY BONE DENSITY😹😂💖🧡🙏
