Welcome to another GCN Training cycling workout! Today it's a short sharp workout which has great bang for buck! In just 15 minutes you'll get a seriously tough workout helping you lose weight, get fitter, or start your day well - whatever you goals, we've got you covered!
This workout comes without music so you can train to your own tunes!

Bottom of my heart, thank you!!! I need your videos! Newbie cyclist here with a toddler and limited time. I just got a cycle trainer for my bike and today was my first day using it and I'm drenched! My goal is to work up to doing all of your videos.

I liked this, but find I need a workout for where I am. Could you please make a workout called "Woefully out of shape? You won't die doing this"? I just need one with a slower rpm so I have a chance to actually execute it and not feel discouraged.

This one is brutal. Specially when she says "nearly half way" and you see the clock and still need 11-8 seconds to get there and you are already dieing.

I see a lot of comments about "belly fat loss" and how you can't target fat loss. While this is true, is it possible that this kind of workout, which includes changing your position on your bike during the "all outs", engages your core more so increases muscle, therby fighting off fat? I understand as well that fat comes off where it last landed. Being a middle aged woman, that is in fact my BELLY! So for me, I think this may be true? I'm certainly no expert - just wondering?

Yeah, it really cheapens the image for the channel, IMO. Just taking out the word "belly" would fix the problem yet still get the point across.

I absolutely love GCNs content. I subscribe to GCN Tech, GMBN and GTN and pay for GCN Race Pass as well because you don’t BS and exist in the real world. If you ever target “belly fat” or use some other clearly pseudo science term on par with it I may drop the whole lot of them. Please stop. It hurts my heart and your brand.

You can target any fat loss if you put your mind and work towards it. Do you ride with your belly falling down to the ground or do you ride thinking about keeping your belly tight and flat. . That’s targeting a certain muscle group which will increase fat loss. . I hate negativity on here.

What a waste of time producing a workout and having adverts during the efforts, I would imagine the majority of viewers would be doing the efforts along side the GCN team; Oh' guess what, you have to stop to skip the advert. Look, I know the adverts pay for the content, but this is ridiculous unwarranted clickbait. GCN, you can do better than this!

Very poor titling of the video. You cannot target areas for fat loss. Expect much better from GCN
