This is a great lower body leg workout for hockey players! Set up your phone and follow along through the whole thing with me! Let me know how it goes!

Popcorn squat
Alternating Forward Lunge
Squat to Alternating FWD Lunge
Squat to Lateral Lunge
ISO Lunge (L)
ISO Lunge (R)
Alternating Step Under
Pulsing squat
Alternating Lateral Bound
In and out popcorn squat
Messier squat
Squat jump with a pause
Pulsing Lunge (L)

Alternating Skate stride with a pause

Wow wrote this comment one month ago and I’ve been doing this once a week and HUGE IMPROVEMENTS FINALLY. I actually got through the whole thing and did every exercise (with one break in the middle) woo!
