ABOUT ME:
I am a Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor living in NYC. I found Pilates after my diagnosis with EDS so I totally get working with injuries and the importance of working with our bodies instead of against it. I have been teaching for 6 years and am constantly amazed at how Pilates can change our bodies and our daily lives. Look forward to moving and grooving with you all :)
