amazing sequence. although I am fit, I feel how weak I am in my posterior chain and how useful it is for me. I have hate/love relationship with this workout. very effective!

Hello Your back-videos are both relaxing and effective. (Good combination.) I do them after one of your ballet workouts (which are not so relaxing...(at least not while they last...)) I also do your splits-film after the more hefty exercises. In ny opinion (you don't have to agree) it has more challenging exercises for front splits than for middle split. Since I don't do that film just to relax afterwards but also to evolve as a human being (or at least to be better at splits...) I would like to say that I would gladly follow a video with more exercises for middle split. Thank you for all that you do. Johanna
That's a hard question to answer as it depends on each individual...how often you exercise, what kind of effort you put into your workouts, what your diet is like...etc.
Yes! This exercise will really strengthen and tone the back...but remember, if you’re looking to get rid of fat, you should pair this workout with one of my HIIT workouts to really burn fat! 🔥🔥🔥
