The Solemn Nut A good trainer tailors the programs to the athlete. You don't think Jeff trains everyone the same way do you? I can guarantee you he doesn't train Sting the same way he trained the Mets.
Right off the bat, Jeff speaks on being athletic moving backwards, Sheamus really dialed into this, I think he realized like I did, Jeff coming through again, taking the fact that Sheamus does need to be athletic in this matter, and realized as well he took the time to build a work out to help him in the future, awesome stuff, Jeff did it again, before they even started, had Sheamuss' full attention from that point on, as they both new he was learning something new he could use in the future. Jeff didn't just try to be smart and put him through a work out, he gave him something amazing. Big Fan.. cheers
Sheamus! Is Jeff as strong as he comes across. He went weight for weight with you and he is a fair bit smaller. Loved this video. Definitely your best brave change work out.

As an Athlean member since 2012, I really loved this video!!! What I appreciated was how despite their successes in their respective fields, both men remain completely humble and just grateful for the opportunity to share their experiences with us "little people." You could see the respect that they also had for one another. I've seen other fitness channels where the individuals were more focused on "looking cool", than actually showing a good workout. But here, you just saw two warriors...focused, determined, and unafraid to look vulnerable in front of millions in order to achieve their desired goals. I salute you both and it was a pleasure!!! You have a new subscriber Sheamus! And a new fan!
This video got the word "challenge" all over it !!! The battle ropes many say that it's an easy thing etc, but it's not that, and when I saw how Jeff add some battle ropes at the end of every workout WOW. Sometimes complete the workout ain't easy but when you finish them and in my case I start seeing results (lose weight, gain muscle, feel healthy, etc.) that's the reward and that's what makes me go for more challenges. Thank you both for the excellent video and for all the tips .Maybe I'll get the courage to share again a pic of my Brave Change. I decide to start it back in August last year and this videos are and extra of motivation. Gracias Sheamus for that.
Sheamus! I am so happy to see YOU finally doing this with Jeff! You've no idea how happy I am! I am aware that you've had past shoulder injuries, and ever since you started this channel, I've been hoping that you'd look for Jeff one day because he is just so insightful due to his experience as a physical therapist. I believed that just one training session with him can help you a lot with your future trainings and performance in the ring, and you're already at the top of your game! I might be over reacting but I'm just so happy that you have this opportunity to train with him so that you can minimize the chances injuries. Because all you pro wrestlers go out and put your lives on the line every time you perform just so idiots like me are entertained. Thank you so much for always giving your all, be it in the ring or in the weight room, it constantly reminds me that consistency in effort is important even if I'm feeling lazy or tired. Can't thank you enough, just a fan from Singapore.

So I’ve got 3 uncles all died of heart attacks, My father had a double bypass 8 years ago all of them in their 50’s and 8 months ago my brother at 46 passed away from heart failure I got everything looked at and my heart is good I’m 43 but carrying way more fat now than muscle started today getting my health back...hitting the weights again thank you to you and Jeff your vids are helping and motivating cheers 🍻 keep em going!

3 years ago, My passion for pro wrestling started getting bigger and bigger and you're My most favourite wrestler since your debut to this day. I have a huge passion for body building and strength training and things like that and I got really Inspired by the physique of WWE superstars (especially yours) and I started working out. And I was really into bodyweight and callisthenic workout. Jeff's workout programs really helped me along my journey in getting the physique that I wanted(still helping). The knowledge he have and the work you guys putting to help others is amazing. Now seeing both of you guys in the same video is just awesome. *pardon me if my English was bad. It is not my native.*
At 31:25 (Angels & Devils) i think its awesome to see even someone this athletic struggling with 2.5 Pound weights, shows you how important it is to train the whole body

This was an interesting episode, learned tons from this one. I like Sheamus gains knowledge from these fitness athletes makes the episodes have interesting dynamics with the mixture of wrestlers and fitness gurus. I saw Jeff referencing this video a while ago and it got me started watching brave change. I am glad I finally got to this one. Your videos are great. As a man in their mid 40s I can't just go train like I did when I was 19 but between your channel and athlene x I have been able to challenge myself and start to get back in shape and stay motivated and not just resort to cycle machines and jogging like I thought I would have to. I've been watching Jeff's videos since 2014 and as someone who is in school to be a physical therapist and love working out. He is awesome with the innovative routines and incorporating kinesiology and anatomy is relatable and badass!

Your attitude and personality really impressed me after watching athlean-x for a while. You don't shy out of killing yourself with workout and still give a couple extra. I haven't watched wwe since I was a kid, but I'm considering it to see how you roll with it! Watched this first video together now and I believe I can tell you have gotten stronger and more balanced since from seeing how you perform Jeff's killer workout moves in later videos. You're amazing!
I love how these videos give deep insight on specific body types, rehabilitation ideas (like the daniel bryan episode), and challenges for beginner/intermediate/advanced lifters. Please continue to keep making more! These videos give me new ideas and tips to continue training downrange!
