Today we are focusing on the Upper Body with this 15 minute workout.
You will need a pair of dumbbells and ensure you are able to perform each exercise with good form.
We want to be using a challenging weight but if you start to feel fatigued and your form is suffering, drop to a lower weight.
Here are the exercises we have today:
Hammer Curl to Shoulder Press
Overhead Tricep Press
Kneeling Halo
Floor Press
Lying Pullovers
Plank Renegade Row
Remember to work at your own level and take more rest if needed.
