You know sh!t gets real when they put away the sneakers and put on the dance shoes! 🤣 Such a treat to see how beautifully these three humans can move their bodies. This is an aspiration video for me: one day I’ll be able to samba like this! There’s such a huge difference between the “basic” execution of steps like the whisk and the “omg wow” advanced version. I’d love a tutorial that shows us how to get from “simple” to “omg wow” for the common samba steps (whisk, basic, bota fogo, etc.). I know 375 have many general videos on knees and hip action and arms, but it’d be really helpful to learn how to develop one step from basic to intermediate/advanced. Then we would understand the sequence of progression instead of learning the basic version then un-learning and re-learning to become more advanced 😁🤗💕 Love this channel!
Wonderful! So glad you have “mirror image” again 😄 I actually stopped watching your videos when you were doing it from the back. This is so much easier for me. Hope you keep doing mirror image 😘
This is awesome !Thank you so much. I am going ahead to cancel the gym membership which I haven't used it for 1.5 years . Just can't stand the treadmill
I learn a lot from doing your workouts while Im in isolation here in Australia. So much more interesting than most on youtube. Thank you! It was great to see you all "in action" here doing the advanced dances - you all can really move! Also appreciate having some men to follow. For some reason I find it easier to follow the mens steps - similar body size or weight maybe..
i love dancing..and i like what u did in footwork and movements of your bodies in any dance instructions you showed in your video..i knew some steps of it. am hoping i can do it, more learnings much better in my dancing skills..age doesn't matter anyway😉😄 thank u so much .
You are such excellent teacher, love you and the other two handsome gentlemen. it would be even better and easy you can also show one that we can follow from the back.
I don't know how you can dance and telling instruction at the same time. I set playback speed at 0.50 and still mess it up 😂. At the rocking sailor, I look like Forest Gump 😂 But even at speed 0.50, I still feel I have a good exercise. Thanks so much girl and guys. I need this everyday to reverse my prediabetes. 😘
Haha! I love your comment! Yes it is definitely a skill which I had to build throughout the years of teaching! Still to this day I mess up either steps or instructions because multitasking is hard!!! Thanks for your support!
@@amandabesyedin1331 I watch many videos on your channel. But I follow this video of your channel twice a day. After 2 weeks, I still can't get everything right 😂 I'm getting better with the warm up and the chacha. My rocking sailor still looks silly. 😂 But my main goal is trying some work out everyday. You and the guys have elegant moves. Love it 😍
Oh wow so the dance studio is in carle place new york,...i live in queens so its not that far for me...might visit one of these days..great dancing guys👍
What a joy this was to watch. Can you point me to a video in which you break down the hip twist and ronde chasses ? I had difficulty managing those steps.
Amanda Besyedin Thanks. I understand that. But is there a difference when you face the camera without the mirror to those videos when you face the camera and say we mirror the video?
@@utablank6141 yes! You will be then moving in the same direction as us when we mirror the image! If we do not then you will be moving opposite directions and it can get quite confusing!
How had I not thought about this before? I used to do ballroom dancing, I love it, but am totally out of shape now...tried so many fitness things, and this was the first thing that was really, really fun! I will return and use your videos to get back in shape Thank you! subscribed 😁
Wonderful class format!! I was wondering if you would share the music without your vocal cues, so myself and others could practice. We would def appreciate that!!
Great video, great moves. Could you ask the men to, at least, wear body fitting tops so that we can see how they move their hips and their core muscles. Slim pants would be helpful as well.
