As someone who is thriving with chronic muscle/nerve pain, your videos are such a blessing to me. When I first started I could barely lift 5lbs. Now I can incorporate 12lbs into these workouts. TY Tracy! ❤
As I have matured in life, finding workouts that truly challenge me and provide the support I need has become increasingly difficult, especially while navigating through perimenopause. This arm workout is amazing and provided me the difficulty I needed, in a short amount of time!. Thank you.
Tracy , I searched your short videos, and the playlist in your channel is so great , I can clearly find out one I need, thank you so much:)) sometimes I need upper body training with dumbbells but no jump series, here it is !!
I love doing this as a finisher after another upper body workout. Really gets my muscles shaking. I'm sure I'll feel my arms while washing my hair! Thanks!
Always good for a short arm workout. After a bodyweight workout I did before. A good hint to do an arm workout. And what can be a better finisher.😂 Thanks again Tracy.👍💪❤
Hello Tracy! I wish I have time to do your newest workouts but I only have 20 mins to workout on weekday mornings! Just did this one! Loved it so much! Thank you so much Tracy for all you do! And thank you for sharing your exciting traveling adventures with on IG! Have a great day!
I knew I was going to do a crazy, long plyo workout this morning, so last night I was looking for a quick arm routine to do after that. I remembered this one I had done of yours a while back, and sure enough it fit the bill perfectly! I loved it just as much this time as the first time I did it! Thanks, and hope you and the rest of our fitness friends here in our community are having a nice weekend
Tough, but doable! Your upper body routines don't bore me. Kindly consider an Upper body compound (not too much time on isolation tricep etc.) Routine that utilizes the Barbell? If you have time. Thank you Tracy.
Tracy been doing this workout 5 times a week for almost 3 weeks now and I see a difference, thank you. Is it ok to this workout that often? I rest Saturday and Sunday.
It's ok to workout that often, but I would switch it up! You need to hit the rest of your body, especially your lower body where there are lots of big muscles which produce for growth hormone, to really see big changes :)
@@TracySteenMoveDaily Thank you so much, and yes I also do lower body as well already. I am starting to incorporate heavier dumbbells to get more results from your 15 min workout. Thanks again!!
This one is quite varied for the upper body - if you wish to focus on back then do look for sessions that have that element in there more. However do remember that back fat, like any other fat on the body needs good nutrition and a fat loss strategy. Although resistance training is excellent for building lean muscle, if you're looking for fat loss then you need to consider that too :)
