I'm a twenty nine year old with arthritis. Exercise has always been excruciatingly painful because of my joints. But, I didn't want to take it easy on myself, because I felt like I ~should~ be able to do super intense workouts. I haven't properly worked out in ages due to the pain. I figured, today's the day! And I found this. I was pleasantly surprised to find that even though it was gentle, it was effective. I didn't know that exercise could be relatively painless. I'd like to go back to more intense workouts eventually, but for now, with a goal of gentle, achievable methods to get back in shape, this is perfect. Thank you.
very grateful for you. I have arthritis in knees, overpronated feet due to flat foot and pelvic organ prolapse as well. I have been searching for RU-vid videos which are not too easy neither which involves jumping kind of activities. Did back-to-back 2 videos today. thanks a lot, and God bless you.
Thank you so much 🙏 I was so sick of looking at all these videos, then at the end they want money, which I don't have 🥺 you've given me some hope 👍❤️ xxxxx
Thank you mam! I was in so much pain in my heel and I was not able to do intense exercises so I was searching excercises to do during pain and I found your video! It is really helpful!
Nice I have multiple joint pain post pregnancy.. I could do all moves except straightening leg and bringing it back... It pains when folding unfolding leg
I wish there were alternate moves for the floor parts. Especially the first move. It's very hard for me to get on the floor, but even if I manage it I wouldn't be able to do that first move because I can't fully bend my right knee, and even with it partially bent I still can't do this move. I have no problem making my own alternative moves, I just don't know what standing exercise might mimic this.
