15 Minute Cashew Fried Rice in Saladmaster eSkillet. @JAELTANTI
Ingredients
3 Cups Cooked Rice
2 Cups Raw cashews
1/4 Cup of Minced Garlic
1 Shredded Carrot
1 Tbs. Sichuan Chili Oil
3/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1Tbs. Rice Vinegar
1 Cup Frozen Peas
5 eggs scrambled
2 Tbs. Sesame Seed Oil
1/4 Cup Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
1 Tbs. Ginger Juice
Cook the Cashews with the garlic and chili oil, sauté for 5 minutes till nuts are toasted. Add Carrots, Green Onions, Frozen Peas, Cook Covered for 5 Minutes, then add the cooked rice, drizzle with a bit of sesame chili oil, mix well, make a well in the center of the rice add some 1 Tbs. Of butter let it heat up and add the eggs , let them cook covered for 5 minutes, then mix and serve. Drizzle with Cilantro.
