I've neglected my Wicks workouts for a few months now, was preoccupied and stressed and then had a back injury. This is going to be my new starting point. Tomorrow morning before the dog walk. This is exactly what i need! ❤
I hate you. My yoga coach suggested this and I’ve done it for the last three lunchtimes. I am obese and unfit, but I will continue to do this because I also love you for doing this.

Thank you for having actual beginner workouts so readily available! While I’m restarting my journey now (developed a heart condition, was unable to workout for three months last year, travelled abroad, eventually fell off from inconsistent to never) I’ll never forget 4 years ago when I first wanted to get in shape at home just how few of the beginner workouts were actually for beginners. “Sure, just hit the squats, then we’ll do one armed pushups and tricep kickbacks!” Having had a personal trainer during High School to go along with some medical treatments I was going through, I knew how dangerous it was to start anyone off with even a basic squat without explaining to send the hips back, or how to find proper push-up position! These workouts are comprehensive, accessible, and lightweight enough that people have a better chance of actually sticking with them! Thank you for providing such valuable free resources!
Thanks, Joe! I'm loving theses work out must admit 😊 with arthritis in my knees. I find the floor a bit of challenge at 62 !😅 but always fine, an alternative you have inspired me to get up and get moving again. Thank you
If anyone strugged with this remember beginner dose not equal easy. Take the modifications if you need them, if that heart rate is up and your feeling warm its working ❤
