Exactly! I used to go nancing 3-4 nights a week when I was in college but that was 30 years ago lol! Now I have had 2 full knee replacements and other changes that prevented me from doing anything very active, including dancing! Now I'm trying to get more fit and learning to dance again is my number 1 goal! This channel is PERFECT for that!

@@amandabourke796 Fantastic news... I use dance to rehab after illness and injury... hurt likes anything but I feel true joy and slowly build up tolerance. Trick is to keep moving or you quickly revert...May the force be with you! You go girl! New knees on life 😋

Omg this is incredibly great. I will repeat this. Could you please add more of these kinds of videos? Like 5min 10min or 15min. I request a variety of "turns," foot steps, face directions. I'm a paid member or STEEZY too but still doing it on RU-vid is awesome on top of my regular classes there.

this was exactly what I was looking for. Its easy enough and a lot of fun. I like how everyone looks different which makes me feel better about if my moves arent perfect. its like art, everybody's looks different even if its the same thing.

You’re getting closer to what I have been requesting for the past couple years! 😁 The less talking the better as far as I am concerned. “Single single double” maybe once is enough! Now just double or triple the length of the class! Ideally I’d like classes with follow along choreo rather than just one move at a time. Still waiting 🤞

i think different people have different way and interest tho~ i think this kind of follow along video is good for groove training or drilling some move and stuff like that~ me personally, i actually need the talk they did in class, so i can understand where their move coming from and how they move or imagine it~.. so i guess , different kind of teaching for different kind of needs and student~

I loved this soooo dammnnn muchhh!! Ughhh, can’t even stress it enough! Keep these videos coming man!! I haven’t danced since more than year, and I was a very passionate dancer but things came in and I couldn’t keep up with dancing anymore. I danced after so long, and it feels sooo good!! I feel so satisfied. This almost made me bring all the love and passion for dance that I had, back again. This video really became the starting point for me to start dancing again! LOVED IT!

Been using this instead jogging or running for cardio and I must say, this is really effective. Downside is that I can’t do it outside because I’m shy and really look awkward when dancing. 😅
