Direct, no annoying music, and a simple (also not annoying) voice. Highly recommend.

Thank you so, so much. I've been using this meditation for about two weeks (a little irregularly but still) and when I first started, I couldn't focus my mind on my breaths at all. I'd wander all over the place and jump right out of my skin when your voice told me to refocus, but I've just done it again now, AND I COULD DO IT!!! When you'd say 'you may feel your thoughts wandering' or 'refocus on your breathing' or something I was just like, HA I already am. Furthermore, in school today I was doing a film study essay and stopped and unfocused for a second before realizing quite quickly what I was doing and reconcentrating. I like to think it's because of this. It feels like such an achievement. Really appreciate the effort you put into these videos. Subcribing!

I wasn't sure if I had slept off during the meditation...but after completing it, felt extremely light and relaxed

I fehlt exactly the same. When I opened my eyes I expected to be tired but I feel very relaxed and energized. Really weird but also really awesome

Wow me too, one moment I felt like falling into a dream state for 1 second and then snapping out of it again focussinf om the breath. Was very relaxing!!

I needed the sound but it was nice to not have it for once. Our minds don't have music when we are silent so this was nice practice without it

Man I wish the algorithm would push these vids when searching for 10 or 15 min meditations. No woo energy healing chakra lifting BS, no constant chatter, no distracting music (I sometimes play brown noise or my own less-distracting music in the background of these). The yt meditation space would make a newcomer think mindfulness is pseudoscience, when that couldn't be further from the truth. This is really where it's at for getting the full benefits of a regular meditation habit.

Having a distracted thoughts/focus has been my problem. This meditation helped me alot. Very simple. I love that it has no music, just perfect if you have anxiety and wants to still feel ground but at the same time guided. Thank you! :)

The best method is the full breathing technique for me, it helps to channel all my focus on this only task.

I'm studying for a tough competitive exam, it is helping me a lot to calm my mind! I'm going to do this everyday. This is my 2nd day of this meditation!

Please make more 15 minute videos, either on here or on the app! There's a huge jump between focusing for 10 minutes and 20 minutes, and the 15-minute videos are perfect to bridge the transition. Unfortunately there isn't too much variety in those right now. I'd love to see the alertness and gratitude meditations as a 15min guided meditation :)

Just a couple hours ago I was trying to meditate using one of those 12 our videos here with God frequency or something like that and some beautiful heavenly, center of the universe sounding type music. And I remember noticing that I was so used to using those tracks that I was focused more on the music and it's not really able to focus on nothing. And I made the comment to myself that I shouldn't focus so much on the music that rather on my breath. So just then, I did a search for guided meditation for focus and this one came up. It dawned on me that I've never once heard a guided meditation without music. It was so incredibly uncomfortable for me!😂😂 But I'm subscribing and I will come back to this because I think there's a lot of value in that for me. Thank you! 🙏

I really like this mediation though unusual without the music but I was able to focus more. I find guided meditation with music to be very distracting for me.

I needed this thank you. It’s funny right after the vid a loud ad popped up, I chuckled but because of the meditation I was able to focus and react calmly and immediately closed it and continue meditating. I felt heat coming up my arms and can see light and colors. This meditation not only helped my mental clarity but also helped with focusing on my body, my energy. Quite the download and I had fear and courage in me. There’s much to explore here! Looking forward to doing more of this. ❤

I got my first iPad at 3 and my first phone at 7 so I grew up with TikTok and RU-vid and all these social media apps with music in the background. So there's music constantly playing in my mind, in the background of everything I do, and it's really distracting. So I'm going to be using this to make my mind stop doing that. 1st time: it was hard, music kept playing in the back of my head 2nd time: music wasn't playing in my head as much but I got distracted by thinking about exams and stuff. Now as I'm writing this music is playing in my head but if I really concentrate I can make it go away for a bit 3rd time: it's day 2 now! At about 10 mins I got 2 notifications, and then I felt nervous and feared the worst and then I stopped the meditation to look at the notifications. After that I returned back to the meditation, and breathing really calmed me down. When I opened my eyes, I felt more calm and rational. Anyway, there's still music playing in my head, even as I write this. I think I need to cut out music, and only listen to it when I'm working out.

Trying to do this when the kid is awake is a huge struggle. I'm on day 10 of daily meditation, and usually I do it before he's awake. But today I slept in. Halfway through he started yelling, wanting to play. I'm trying to see it as good practise in trying to bring my focus back, but man was it frustrating.

Not going to go into my list of mental health issues here but I listen to a lot of guided meditation videos on RU-vid (100s) and this is probably the best so far. It’s simple and effective and I think one I’ll be able to practice on my own soon enough. Thank you!

Great meditation, I've been practicing for years and I love the simple approach because this is what true meditation consist of in my opinion, to find everything in nothing and realize nothing is everything, if one can truly believe and find the true essence of what makes us us this short focused meditation if practiced regularly can forge an unbreakable tool to reach this space of true freedom from ego and worldly desire.....it's a oxymoron because we are here to explore and grow on this physical plain through material pleasures but once obtained one realizes the more material pleasures one obtains and owns fills a bottomless pit of despair and loneliness and only then can one grasp their true mission which is a spiritual journey to release oneself from the very thing he wholeheartedly believed would make him whole.

I like what you say at the end about noticing distractions This is so important in this process of making ourselves more mindful We first have to notice when we are distracted, come back to the present moment and keep doing that whenever necessary till we are finally more present people

Any chance you could add this 15 minute option to the app? It's the perfect length. But the app has 10 or 20 mins, which is too short and too long for me respectively.
