This was a great little meditation! I like a good mix of guided and unguided meditations in my daily practice, but this was the perfect calming and centering I needed right before I picked my 4 year old up from school. Thank you for this!

Thank you Caren. Trying to find a meditation for a truly distracted ADHD brain is tough. Your simple instruction of listening to sounds at a distance and then close to me, really helped. Don't know why, but it did. As well, the instruction of directing my breath to my 3rd eye, as well as the throat noise also helped specifically with focus. Thank you.

Thank you for this, truly! My experience with this helped me calm and reconnect deeply within myself in such a matter of time. Definitely aided me to be simply aware, with no judgement, and let my thoughts and feelings flow. I’m grateful for this experience, and am definitely gonna come back to this whenever it’s needed!

Got half way though. Can’t sit still tho. Can anyone tell me if meditation works if you move around a lot? I can’t seem to control it maybe I need to continue doing 5 minute ones until I become better

Thank you, just please lower the volume of your voice, it makes me want to sit still and just listen to it like when you are I class and the loudest voice is that of you’re teacher.
