Take a 15 minute power nap of sleep and relaxation to ease worry, stress and anxiety. This guided meditation is calming for your mind and body, allowing you to take a rest from the outside world. This meditation allows space in your mind to be filled with more positive feelings and emotions. Anything negative can be expelled out through your breath as you rest or possibly sleep.
Taking a rest from anything that causes stress is beneficial in every way and this meditation will rejuvinate you to feeling fresh, having more focus and being clear in mind.
The deep relaxation you will fill will melt your every muscle in this short period of time you have taken for yourself. Having a nap every now and then brings yet more energy and to alleviate stress, anxiety and worry. This is the best for a power nap and not feeling guilty about it. Even when I have assignments that are past due and am struggling with procrastination and anxiety about them, this manages to get me to have a restful break to try to refocus.

Me too, some of these other meditations on RU-vid have too harsh of voices, this one is the smoothest, calmest voice I’ve found

I’m in a study room on campus and I’m feeling overwhelmed. I pulled my hat down over my face, leaned back in the chair and listened to this. I fell asleep and woke up right when he says we will come back in 10 seconds. Needless to say, I feel well rested and at greater peace. Thank you.

It does work - gets you back on your feet, without the usual post-nap "fog" of a long, deep-sleep nap.

Lol thanks Christian I have to interact with some crazy people . When they leave I feel like I have gone through a spin cycle . The is why I listen to your morning focus at least 3 times . To get rid of thier foolishness. Or I would go totally crazy.

I work from home, and about half an hour before my shift starts, I pull up a 15-minute guided meditation. I switch them up every day, but this is one of my favorites. Such a great state of mind, body, spirit to begin my work day.

Excellent guided meditation/nap. I really appreciate that you allow us to breathe in a way that is comfortable for us. I've had really severe Panic Disorder in the past, and despite being a million times better these days, I still find it quite uncomfortable to do diaphragmatic breathing or focus "mindfully" on the in and out breaths. More exercises should be minded of this...

I never fall asleep so i gave up on naps. I decided to retry napping without the pressure of getting sleep in. Just a brief period in the day to stop racing around and be calm and recenter. I enjoyed this video and it actually did make me calmer. Thank you!

Whoa. I put this video on and I slept like a baby. I forgot to put a timer to wake so I dont know how much I actually slept but it was almost 2 hours. I was sound asleep and I almost never nap (new mom of twins). Zzzzzzz thank you for the much needed relaxation.

This one seems to do the trick. I've tried several others whose voices simply didn't do it for me. This one does.

I love this. It is so nice to have 15 or 30 min sessions because your gifted voice soothes me deeply and has changed my life. I am much happier and content. I can focus on doing things and get things done. You’re the best!

I have to say you have been sent from heavens to save me from going insane. Thank you. I was wondering though if you could do another power nap video which would be 30 minutes and similar ending that wakes me up by your soothing voice (rather than the alarm I have to put on in many 30 minute videos)? I am working 9-12 & 3-8 with studying in between so this video has literally save my life this year. Thank you again!

Did this at 1:00pm to relax after the first homeoffice shift. Girlfriend entered the room at 15:00 and woke me up. Little nap, lots of power, it seems. 🤣
