I don’t know how but you were able to get me to do three legged dog in only two lymph drainage sessions! I’ve been uncomfortable with it for years. I noticed I felt lighter after only the first session, so thank you for your channel!

Just did again. I love the shoulder stands, but sometimes they leave my lower back a little bit zingy/twingy.
