First time doing this workout! I loved that there was no talking, music was chilled but motivating at the same time, Simple exercises but challenging enough to break out a sweat but not to the point where I feel yuck and give up half way. Will definitely be doing this again and I think if it gets easy I could just simply go up a band. 💕 Thanks Adidas and to the women leading the workout. 😅💪🏻 LOVED IT!!!!!
I enjoy this workout, how ever I think there should be a timer for how long each workout was and 5-10 sec breaks in between so we can get into position for the workout instead of continuous. Great work overall, thank you
Would have loved to have finished this one through but these bands are not meant for girls with thick thighs. I had to constantly pause because the bands get rolling up.
Good workout but maybe add a stop clock sound when switching to the next workout and/or an up next pop up screen. Going straight into the next workout without notice makes us stop the workout to pause the video and catch up.
I missed the gym today and so I decided to do something at home and this video got me sweating so much! Thank you!! It was easy to follow and damn your form is impeccable.
I hand a stroke in 2021 due to that I was left penalized from my left side but this exerciseses had help me and give me hope not to give up Thank you There’s a lot of people out there that you are able to to help with your work
Just completed this workout. Looks simple but it's effective. The 2nd to last one is where I found a challenge since I've never done that one before. Great time efficient workout.

As a beginner, I would have liked some audio cues. That would include instructions on form, countdown for ending one exercise and beginning another, and more time to transition from one exercise to the next.
Did this as a warm up before deadlifts and squats. I feel like this lady has so much more patience than me, I am way more explosive lol. The main struggle was being strict and calm in the motions. Anyways good warm up to activate glutes and get the body moving before heavy lifting :3
The constant movement of the band into new exercise positions as well as up and then down to floor was disruptive and probably harder for older or obese people. Why not offer some where there is not as much up down or movement of band?
I just wish you would’ve shown us the workouts before we’re supposed to do them. I found myself having to go back and press play and so on. Something to consider.
Thanks for putting this video together! Can you tell me the generic name of the resistance band you use? It appears to be "cloth-like" unlike the real cheap plastic bands. That's what I've been looking but can't find the right search term to pull them up on Amazon or other websites. Thanks!
