Join Dr. Tyler for a dumbbell only lower body workout that you can do from the comfort of your home.
All you need is a set of dumbbells and 15 minutes!
This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.
You can hit this home workout 1-2 x per week - and if you want to keep active on your other days - be sure to check out my other workouts.

Hi Doctor Tyler - thank you so much for using your expertise and professional training to help men with their sexual health. Could you provide a bit more detail regarding your routine - do you work out daily for about an hour, for instance? I'd love to do 2 of your workouts twice per week, or perhaps three times a week, for instance, combined with my usual stretching and flexibility stuff.

Hello Terry. I am an avid follower of your 15 min training. Yes you have an amazing upper body, but for the lower body we cannot see your feet. Are they straight or open to the sides when you do the different squats?

Hey. I recently found your channel so I need to watch through some videos but I wanted to write a short message. I'm 43 and gay. I developed OCD from around 13/14 when I had my first experiences with another guy and I got it into my head that I had aids because of it. It wasn't even sex, it was just messing around. But I didn't know better at the time. I still have OCD. I feel shame, even hatred towards myself for being gay. I don't know what to do. I think I'll always hate myself...
