I have been listening to Jess for over a year now, mostly in the morning, in the car or in the evening. I was trying to get a new house & new job got the job in September moved into a new house in February. I meditated for 10-15 min every morning. I worked myself into such a great zone I manifested what I was asking for. This meditation is one of the favorites I have used. Thank you!

This meditation makes me feel amazing. The Abraham-Hicks book Ask and it is given pg 186 states when you are in a state of high vibration during meditation you may feel an involuntary movement in your body and it may sway from side to side or forward and backward. With this meditation, I feel that involuntary sway and also my hands may move involuntarily. Today I tried the Chakra meditation following this one and my hands kept swaying involuntarily. That is the state of high vibration, the state of allowing, everything that you have asked for to the creator, The universe, according to the law of attraction, it is given when you are in this state. I can’t believe this actually worked for me. I’ve been feeling uneasy for the past few weeks because I haven’t heard back from a job opportunity. I started doing yoga and listening to affirmations again to ease my mind.
