I LOVED this practice, super yummy! You included some of my favorite stretches (Low Lunge with Side Stretch, Gate Pose, and Modified Side Plank), all of which I really enjoyed. I really felt the side stretches energizing me and the Warrior sequences opening my hips. Now I'm ready for an awesome day! P.S. Yesterday's glimmer was calling my grandpa after a rough day and finding comfort in his words

Haha that reminds me my yoga teacher always had an especially challenging practice the day after I had a race when I used to run a lot. It's the good kind of wobble and shake 🥰 I'm cheering you on for your new workout program and wishing you a wonderful Sunday too 🤗

Thank you for this beautiful slow flow. 🙏💖 I liked all of it and my favorite part was the beginning with the neck, shoulder and body rolls. Those always feel great in the morning. 🥰 My glimmer from yesterday: slow Sunday breakfast. No hurry and no plans for the whole day. 😊
