Welcome to today's 15 minute upper body BURNER dumbbell workout! All you'll need for today's workout are two sets of dumbbells - one heavier pair and one lighter pair! For reference, I'm using 25lbs for my heavier pair and 15lbs for my lighter pair.
This one is fast and furious so buckle up and get ready to work!
Here's what the workout entails:
Compound Circuit: 30s/10s x 3 Rounds
- 2DB Overhead Press
- 2DB Seesaw Bent Over Row
- Push Up
Isolation Circuit: 2 minute and 30 seconds on x 3 Rounds
- 2DB Lateral Raise: 30 seconds
- 2DB Curls: 30 seconds
- 2DB Front Raise: 30 seconds
- 2DB Reverse Flye: 30 seconds
- 2DB Lying Tricep Extension: 30 seconds
- Rest 30 seconds
That's all! 15 minutes of complete shoulder, tricep, and bicep burnout!
