1 tbsp chicken powder or 2 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp minced lemongrass
2 tbsp minced onion/shallot
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
3 tbsp cornstarch
