Thank you so much for your step-by-step instructions as well as your calming voice. It takes the 'scary' out of art. I'm very new to making my own and I appreciate everything you did. 💚
Thank you so much Kellie, I really really enjoyed watching you create this amazing little tile, I find these patterns easier to remember when they are done the way you do them. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Thank you so much Kellie, I really really enjoyed watching you create this amazing and stunning Tile. I really really love ❤️ that design, and I’ll be practicing it so I can use it in the future. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Thanks to your videos, I am actually getting a little better eye-hand coordination and I’m so happy to be drawing, not a skill I have ever developed. I appreciate it a lot that you don’t try to be perfect and that your soothing assurances are so encouraging for someone like me who would be intimidated by the precision of activities like this. Yesterday I followed another of your videos which had a leaf and some raindrops. Hubby happened to catch a glimpse of it finished and he said, “You drew that?? the droplets look real.” That was a great moment of joy for me and the thanks belongs to you
I’m so happy you are enjoying it and feeling success! It’s such a wonderful feeling to start with little lines and end up with a piece of beautiful art!
Thank you for sharing. Beyond the resulting beautiful images, this type of art is genuinely beneficial to well-being and you have my respect for taking the time to teach and share your expertise, Peace and Love
Looks like spaghetti and meatballs to me 😊 Thank you for these videos! I have learned more from watching you than anyone else with these fun-size projects!
Thank you. Your channel is what I have been looking for. I've taken up doodling/ zentangles as a way to further rehab my broken wrist while remaing somewhat creative with no pressure for perfection. You go slowly enough but not too slow and explain things well. Thanks, from a new subscriber. LaurieO
Thank you so much for this extremely helpful video! I was looking for a video to include in my article on Zentangle and yours was exactly what I was looking for.
Hello Kelly, I am a new subscriber to your channel. I am a beginner zentangler and appreciate how you went slow and explained as you went along. I look forward to watching more of your videos.
How often do your 15 minute tangle videos Kelli. I’d like to see your previous ones and catch up with where you are bathe 15 is doable. I’ve struggled with tangling at all because I felt like I didn’t have time… 15 minutes I can manage. Thanks for these…Sherry
@@KelliBlouin thanks for your well done videos for our fun (and challenging) Inktober2022 patterns. Your video are out each Saturday so one should be new today and I can just check in You Tube to find it….yes? I continue to admire your tangled art! Thanks for putting out your instruction and I’m a big fan of “shorter is better” because we have to launch out on our own with a pattern at some time and can’t stay forever mesmerized by your work or we’ll never learn! I wish I could get it by osmosis!
I have never heard of this before but clicked on it for the “cool picture”. How amazing this is! From your demo, I now completely understand where the Zen comes in. I will be subscribing and following you! Thank you!
Thank you for this tutorial. Does a steadybhand help as I don't always have a steady hand but need something to keep calm. And neurographic squiggles were helping but they got boring as they all seemed the same
I just started to do this today. I had no idea how to start so i pulled up a video for beginners and attempted to copy what i was seeing. So far my attempts look awful and i am stressed beyond belief. I still have no idea how to do this and I am ready to toss my sharpie and art book in the trash. Is there a special paper or pen to use to keep things from looking like crap?
Oh, no! Maybe try another video or take a beginner class with someone near you. You can find instructors on Zentanlge.com. Keep trying! A good micron pen and drawing paper make a difference. Zentangle has beautiful paper tiles and a large selection of pens! You can also message me on my Facebook page "Let's Tangle" and I have beginner kits available!
It’s a little paper “tile” from Zentangle.com! You can purchase them from their website, or you can buy them from me on my Facebook page called Let’s Tangle!
enlarge to width of paper on xerox machine?..... then, use yellow paper?..... now, cut out each close to design...... 'toss' randomly each yellow design & glue (20/more?) to outside walls of a homeless cardboard shelter!..... waterproof with spray?.......... 2nd idea: cover telephone pole.
@@KelliBlouin This video is the one that got me into zentangling this past February, and I’ve tangled every day cents, except for a few in September. 🙏 I had never heard of Zentangle before and I did this one in blue bic pen, lol!
