Thanks for checking out EE again! I was wondering what the spike in itch.io page views was from. It's still just a demo at the moment, but planning on continuing to flesh it out more and more. Hopefully next time you decide to revist it, there will be a lot more to do!

You do a job, much appreciated. So depressing though, whle there are lots of new developers on the scene and cool peices of software... still waiting for the VR game to blow the platform open and wake everyone up to the magic of VR that seems to have been, so far, over looked by the masses. Sure, there's a bunch of us who acknowledge and celebrate VR, but it doesn't have recognition it deserves. Someone actually asked me recently "Is it better than 3D cinema" and I was like 'Does a bear shit in the woods'??? I couldn't believe what I was asked!

Same, and snap turning for me messes me up. I greatly prefer the smooth turning and walking around.

@@HappyAMV for me it's opposite. Smooth turning disorients me and I guess gives me motion sickness although I've never get that or know what that feels like but I think it might be it. For me it's walking and if I need to turn from the controller it would be snap turning. I mostly just turn myself around since I have room scale.

For someone with a limited budget but a pretty good gaming pc, which VR device would you reccomend i get? Currently i'm thinking about the Rift S but are there better options?

Dont Quit Gaming You probably can’t go wrong with the rift s. If your on a tighter budget I would recommend looking into WMR headsets as they can be found very cheap in the used market and fully support steam vr. I’ve used a Dell Visor for over one year and have had a good experience.

Best low budget bang for your buck is a WMR unit for $150 off SlickDeals. I know a few that swear they are 99% as good as the high end ones. (even in fast hand games) For the best medium budget bang for your buck that is UPGRADE-ABLE, get a used Vive off ebay for like $250. That's what I first did. Has BEST in class hand and head tracking, and you then SAVE $250 off the Valve Index if you eventually upgrade to that (since Vive base stations are 100% compatible with Index, with NO drop in quality or performance). That's what I did after I saved up enough and was sure I loved VR. I have a GTX 1060, and it's totally fine running 99.9% of games, even brand new ones.

I can vouch for a dell visor wmr if you can get one cheap. I love mine...Visually its stunning,the cons are that you will need headphones and the wmr controllers burn through batteries really fast.so buy rechargables for it.id recommend saving up and buying a Quest though,because your about to have the best of both worlds.tethered and untethered functionality.

The reviews on after-h is very confusing to me as well. I played it and had a lot fun. I'm surprised that people will crap on a free game that's actually a decent shooter. It was actually better than a lot games that I paid for..
