The man cave and room dedicated to iron man is there not because he wants to fight him, but because in certain stories in The comics doctor doom has either became iron man, or Ironman became doctor doom, or they were just the same person. and they are probably going with that's story for the upcoming doctor doom movie considering Robert downy Junior was brought out and announced that he would be coming back as doctor doom just recently lol. So it only makes sense that the movies will follow that theme from the comics and therefore this marvel season also would be hinting and playing towards that.
