Regarding matching belts. When you buy shoes from high end companies like Allan Edmonds they sell belts of the exact same leather and die and stitching.

A C if wearing loafers you can be creative matching highlights from your shirt and be colorful, but if being formal just stay with the color family of the color of the shoe. Being formal just make sure the focus is the shoes and not the socks.

Great shoe advice bro. You dropping gems as always. One of my main shoe rules is have a shoe for every occasion. Don't just be one dimensional with your shoes. Your shoe game has to have balance. Have a work shoe, a dress shoe, a casual shoe etc. Also have a shoe/boot that you don't mind getting dirty like if you have to do yard work or help somebody move etc. All in all have a shoe for every occasion.

Great video. I was definitely educated today. I live near a low income urban area so I see a LOT of my young brothers rocking the sandals or Flip flop with socks! I LIVED in flip flops right after college (1999). I loved them so much, I wore them with toe socks in November. I had already started my first business and was visiting a supplier... while wearing flip flops and toe socks. The owner looked at me confused and asked, ”If it's cold enough for socks, don't you think it's cold enough for shoes?” That was the end of my flip flop days! 🤣

Great video!! Thanks for reiterating the point flip flops are only for the beach and pool. Also sliders with socks that's a lazy person's style choice. If you were running for office ban that look also!

Style OG..2 pair of Maury ostrich shoes they have a slight square toe They are my favorite dress shoe I have the gray tie up 3 tone..and the brown monk strap It's more like a snip toe..l love these shoes 1400.00 for both pair..hand made..thank you for the great video..I belvedere shoes also

Great video Sir! You can never do wrong with a great pair of shoes (and belt). I learned this a a young buck. Coordinating your shoes with your attire is one of the best ways to always look great. Never wear flip flops anywhere 😂 (I have a true dislike for flip flops). Lastly the shoe trees an shoe horns are great assesories to keep your shoes looking great ( use them in my sneakers and boots). Sir your content is always up to and touching. Keep pumping these outstanding videos out!!!

Nice video Jeff. I like the outfits you featured in the video with the shoes. I don’t have shoe trees, but I put foot powder in my shoes when I take them off. I always polish my shoes and never liked the square toed shoe. The brogues you featured were very nice.

honestly, I only shop at Johnston and Murphy, 2 reasons...1 its the only place close to Poconos and 2, they have some really nice shoes and sneakers for 200 bucks. thats my limit since I have to wear them everyday, just don't want to shell out more. so I have like 9 pair I rotate daily to keep them from wearing out. another good video. they do sell the shoe trees, I might have to get me some. also the shoe horn saves the back of your shoes from the wear and tear of your heel going in the shoe. again, every time I watch, I either get fresh tips, or reminders of what I should be doing.

Matching your shoes and belt...oh my, this is a pet peeve of mine. The very first thing I notice about what a man is wearing is his shoes. My eyes immediately look to see what color belt he is wearing. 😉. All great tips, O.G.! ❤️

I would suggest buying extra laces when buying shoes, for those that need them, and matching shoe cream. And regarding the annual average cost of cheap vs higher quality shoes, even when figuring in the cost of resoling, higher quality shoes are still a better bargin.

Great material as usual OG! However, my #1, and I mean before even wearing... is to take them to my shoe guy for rubber HEEL and TOE taps. This inexpensive practice has been a lifesaver in extending the life of my shoes soles. And at $300 min. a pair, it helps the ‘ol bank account too! Lol
