The ankle weights definitely made it challenging. It was a nice change from other leg focused videos. I used 4lb weights on each leg. 😊

I’ve been doing several of you’re exercise videos for a month, but this one made me realize my leg muscles need work. This was about a 7/10 intensity! I felt the burn. ❤

I do appreciate you and everything you are doing for us women over 50. I just wish that you would be alternating between the right and left legs. It’s too difficult for me to do all the leg exercises on one side. Your doggie is so adorable!

Great job Nanci! You’re right it works without the weights! When you can do this workout feeling it the next day, then it’s time to invest in some ankle weights to add more resistance. Keep up the great work.🎉

My hubby and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Brisbane Australia recently and I kept thinking of you and wondering what part of Australia you are in? I'm sure you mentioned it previously, but I don't recall! It was fabulous and we will be coming back again! This is a great video! I love when your dog hangs around when you work out! Our dogs do the same thing! They play around our legs and bring us toys to throw for them when we are trying to focus on our moves!!! Lol
