A lot of people dont take it seriously and then are surprised the results are bad. Unfortunately for me tho, 12 months is not enough for my scars to heal. So bummed I didn’t get told most of these. I got drainage and bought garments but that’s all and was told to stop wearing garments too early. My incisions were also closed and I had no leakage so I retained fluid which left pockets that have never gone away :(

Hi 👋🏾 Is there a way to get a list of your pricing? Also do you accept any insurance? To cover any part of surgery?

I am 2 dpo and the RN that does my massages does open up my incisions but she said that applies more if u going to a "Massage therapist person" but this being done right at my Surgeons office by his Therapist under extreme sterilized rooms, solutions abd while on my 10days of antibiotics. She said they'll do it until not more fluid is coming out along with electronic red light therapy.

Just purchased the roller, thank you Dr. William! At the roller website it mentions using it one week after surgery, this was good to know as I was curious when I can start using it. By the time it arrives (I'm here out in California) I will be ready to start rolling. A few other thoughts Dr. William: 1. From the roller website, the instructions are to first use the roller up and down manually without any vibration/heat, and on the second round use the vibration/heat mode. Is this correct? Is there a recommended amount of force and heat/vibration to use initially? Or is it as much force as you can comfortably tolerate? 2. I seem to get conflicting information on when I can exercise after my procedure. Some clinics recommend anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks post-op, with easing back into exercise at week 4 and previous level intensity at around 6 - 8 weeks. Others recommend exercising as soon as you can but mostly things like easy walking the first few weeks. From your recommendation it seems like there is no restrictions so long as it doesn't make you feel pain/discomfort. After my procedure I plan on using my home elliptical staring the day after but at an easy pace for the first week. 3. Most clinics seem to indicate that you can go back to work the following day or a few days post-surgery. Unfortunately due to my busy work schedule and rarity of available time slots for lipo at my local clinic, I had to take one day off from work and will have to go in work the next day. It also happens that we are in a busy time period and my job has a lot of manual labor involved. I'm not that open with my co-workers that I will tell them I had liposuction, so I am hoping to be able to do enough work but without having to do heavy exertion like lift boxes and things of that nature.

Do you have to go to a masseus for the 10 to 20 massages or can you just do them yourself with the roller?

What do you think of ultra sound post lipo? Does this help with fibrosis?
