We will be in Dubrovnik on June 13 and on the 18th on a cruise. We are doing a walking tour of Old Town on the 13th and I am trying to decide on what to do on the 18th. One of the free excursions visits CAVAT for 2+ hours and then returns to Dubrovnik by boat. I can’t decide if CAVAT is worth taking 5 hours from our 2nd day in Dobrovnik or are we better off spending the 2nd day exploring Dobrovnik on our own.

I love this list of activities! There seems like there's so much to see and do there. I'd definitely want to go to Mulini Beach and Lone Bay. The boat tour and fjord look really cool too. And I'm always down for a free walking tour to get to know the city. Seems like you guys had a great time!

Steve never knew about free walking tours until we started traveling together, they are so underrated and getting snacks at the end is a huge bonus. The town is so picturesque, just keeps proving that there is so much more of Croatia than the main spots of Dubrovnik and Split. Yes, a boat tour and you weren't joking those views were incredible... well minus the nudisys on the boat im sure, lol! These past 2 years have definitely told us to plan less and enjoy more, you don't really know what tomorrow will bring. Glad you enjoyed rovinj so much!

Aww I can see why this city ended up being one of your faves 🙌 A free tour with snacks at the end? Yes please! I would want to walk through the Balbi Arch and take the stairs to the top of the tower, the views were amazing 😍 Mmm that truffle ravioli sounded soo good!

There were soo many jellies, I am glad to know those kind are not dangerous, I don't think I have seen jellies like that before! The Golden Cape Trials and rock climbing ooh yea we could def stay here for a few days 😁

Wow, that's so lovely that the free tour includes singers and refreshments at the end. The city looks lovely and quiet for exploring and filming. Love how so many places in Croatia look all built up with a bunch of terracotta rooftops jutting out into the sea, we loved the view from the bell tower in Korcula for that, your aerial shots reminded us of it. Great info about how it used to be an island. Had no idea David was pescatarian. As a travelling vegetarian I think there would be many times I'd starve if it wasn't for pizza! We can definitely relate to being in places and not knowing what to do, it's so difficult, swimming with the Comb Jellyfish looked surprisingly fun. Naked boat sailing? 😂 there's a RU-vid couple that were sailing around Croatia naked, maybe you saw them.

We are yet to do a free walking tour in a city 🙈 Looked like this was so worth it and loved the music 💕 Love that you guys always go the extra mile to find great views! Those narrow small 190 stairs looked like a lot of work 😅 but so worth it! Can’t help but imagine what it would look like if the canals were still there 😌 So jealous of your boat tour, the city looks so different from the water. Lol, the way David was walking into the ocean without water shoes is how we walked in Zanzibar 😂 we also didn’t have those shoes 🙈 Salsa in a pirate cave!! Did you ever think you’d dance in a venue like that 🤗 Very informative video, so many great activities in this beautiful city 💛 Really love your accommodation!
