Hi, yes I'm a host. I LOVE hosting. There were some great piece of advice in this video. In the management of my property I make sure to have my tenants sign the appropriate paper work to limit our liability. I'd advice finding a niche for your area that you can offer with your rental. Adding amenities to your property are KEY!!!

Yeah my biggest annoyance is when Hosts forget they are on a sharing platform as a HOST WITH GUESTS and act too much like a LANDLORD WITH TENANTS--there IS a difference, thankfully.
