My wife and i (mid 30s) just did our net worth calculation and were astonished to find out that combined we're net worth millionaires, with ~450k in retirement/investments. Years of driving 20+ year old cars with multiple shades of paint (or as i called it, "custom" paint jobs) and knocking out $170k in student loans literally paid off. To people going through the struggle, take it step by (non trademark) baby step. You'll get through it. Its worth it.

I’m 42 with $997k in my 401k. I started working full time right out of high school. I'm still with the same company. I've been in their 401k plan since I was 18. I contribute 10% and get a 4.75% company match. My f/a who isn’t very traditional taught me that compound interest is you best friend. The sooner you start, the better off you are. I didn’t feel the need to mention the roi on brokerage account used under guidance of Monica but surely get a partner.

Made my first million few weeks back with the Nvidia rise and I can add the following tips. 1. Have multiple streams of income, especially passive income... It's harder to grow income when it's coming from just a source. . 2. Invest wisely... Money sitting in the bank does not grow, money not invested well is a waste. 3. Work harder and smarter, you don't improve without putting in work... Goodluck!

Could be anything, real estates, stocks, bonds, anything... Just make sure you just don't buy anything but something you've looked into properly and objectively... If you don't have the time, you could use an F.A or realtor or any expert there... For me, it was stocks because it was the cheapest to get into. There are more options these days...

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Yeah, that makes sense😉 I gave my sims a few dependents when they first became financially free rather than allowing them to accrue capital and it slowed the progress tremendously.😅 The time and effort it takes to take care of other incapable "sims" in stranious.
