Both *thy* and *thou* are considered _archaic._ That means they are no longer in common use. There is no real need to worry about these words. But, if you really want to know, in very simple terms... *Thou* used to be the preferred way to address a second person. Today *you* serves that purpose, but ages ago *thou* was used for singular and *you* for plural. *Thou* is pronounced "þow" or it starts with "th" as in *this* and finishes with "ow" as in *how.* There are other less-common uses for the word *thou* such as a shortcut for saying "thousand" or "a thousand [pounds/dollars/etc.]" (pronounced "ðow") but I've never heard anyone say this in my life. *Thy* is similar to *thou* in that it used to be the preferred way to describe second-person possession. Today *your* fits that purpose, but ages ago *thy* was for singular and *your* was for plural.
*alot* is not a word. It is the incorrect form of *a lot.* Do not ever write "alot". _I have a lot of friends._ (I have a large amount of friends.) It is NEVER _I have alot of friends._ (WRONG) The word *allot* is a verb. www.dictionary.com/browse/allot _Sally expects the teacher to allot each student one book._ (Each student will be given one book. Any extra books will be retained by the teacher.)
Teacher, can you please make another vocabulary session. I liked it so much. Give us some unique words with their usage in a sentence. I have begun to feel confident and unruffled because of you. Thank you so much for being there for us.
You really are really my english teacher in my everyday english learning ..i want to become so fluent in english and after all the searching who's the best one for english tutorial here in you tube you alone mr. Sir Ganesh is my only choice that i get addcted watching ur videos and I realized im not yet that good in english ..thanks that i found ur channel ..i am ur super/ avid fan from Philippines 🇵🇭
*Your really a nice teacher* I really appreciate and respect your works .I have a problem sir.The problem is ,I find it difficult to talk in English with people but when it comes to writing ,I am at my best.I have watched almost all your videos about improving vocabulary by thinking in English evrytime, reading only those articles which i find interesting, etc.Inspite of those intelligent ways ,I have failed to much about my vocabulary. Is there anything else I can do ? I hope I am not disturbing you with such abhorrent request .
As you've said, your writing is good. To me, it seems like you're not giving yourself enough time. Improvement happens with intelligent practice, but it doesn't happen overnight. It takes its own time. You can speed it up by turning yourself into an extrovert (at least temporarily). Go out and mingle, give yourself lots of opportunities to use English, and you will improve faster.
This video is very useful, thank you for this good explain, please go on with more videos of pronouncing unique words. Thank you very much dear teacher ❤
Dear Ganesh, I'm a retired teacher from government service as Pshm. I love the way you teach. I've recommended the other members in a teacher's group (Calligraphy Learning) to watch your videos to improve their teaching skills. With love.

Thank you for your interest in taking lessons with me. I have plans to begin offering classes within the next few months. At the moment, since I mostly do corporate training and materials development, I don't have the space or the infrastructure for regular classes. But, I will be sure to update you through the channel when I begin offering lessons. In the meantime, you can message me on my Facebook page if you have any questions you'd like to ask: facebook.com/LearnEnglishLab
Hi beautiful class! 🥇 Thanks a lot! 🤗😊 I have a question! I need to know when I use the suffixes - or, - er, and ist like whe I say actor, dancer, and typist is there any a rule?! Would you help me with this subject please! Have a wonderful day 🙏😊🎉
That is a good question. As a native speaker, I do not know the answer! If there is a rule, I do not remember ever being taught it. I've always assumed that's just how those words are.
Thanks sir for this amazing lesson!! U r a great teacher👍I have a question that do you speak American English? I think u do because of your pronunciations but in India we follow British English right??
Hi Shreya, British spelling is used in India. The neutral Indian accent is a distinct homegrown variety. It's influenced by British English but is not the same.
With your organised classes from starting to now made many students to clearly understand your accent , that's really a good approach of a good teacher ..... And ur the Greatest... U deserve more if there,s any... Tq

Is there any chance that You make a lesson about pronunciation of the words with "o", like wOrd, wOrld, wOrk....? My teacher says that I need to improve that "o", I hear it like something between "a" and "o", or something like transition from "a" to "o". Thank you.
Hi sir, after a long time I get to see your video, How are you sir, is your health is ok..??, Because your face is looking little different from last video.
Hi teacher! I'd like to thank you for your amazing content and to let you know that your lessons have been very helpful ever since I found your channel and I've watched a lot of your videos so far. However, I'd like to suggest explaining things like: "Little as an adverb as in Little did I know..ect. and had she been .. etc and things that help with coherence overall, I'm not sure what these are called but I hope that you'd find the suggestion interesting as I think things of this nature would make an interesting video to watch and get back to as a reference especially for academic writing and what so forth. Thank you!
Hi, do you personally coach any one interested to improve English Pronunciation and speak in correct British accent? If so, could you please share with me the details...so that i can enroll myself into your coaching ..i am from Kolkata..and would prefer online/skype coaching classes if available...
I speak English fluently and really have great command over it. But I am really lagging behind due to my indian accent. How much time (months after which) will I have to devote to get this accent.
If im a indian what kind of pronunciations should i follow? Im so confused, please help me with this issue, im longing for an answer about months but i couldn't get it. And brought it to you today sir!!!!
Good video but I feel that I should disagree with the pronunciation of "poem or poet". I believe that it is "po em" and not "po um". I did check Google sources and the American pronunciation is toward the "uh" sound but even there, there is a slight lean toward "eh".
Hi, Your videos are very helpful. Thanks...Can u please recommend me a book that contains exercises form where I can practice after watching each lesson
