If you want to support my channel: www.buymeacoffee.com/somerandomguy1 The original video has been blocked due to copyright infringement, because it featured 6 seconds of Elvis Presley's 'Don't Cry Daddy'. In the new video this song has been replaced with Three Dog Night's 'Celebrate'.

The '70s would have to be my fourth favorite decade for music. Some of the most iconic acts like Donna Summer, the Jackson 5, Bob Marley and the Wailers, the Bee Gees, etc are still remembered fifty years later with some having biopics and/or upcoming biopics and all of them having higher streaming numbers.
It is really amazing how many songs from 1970 made it into Classic Rock radio station formats. Possibly one of the greatest collection of one-hit-wonders that still get regular radio play. Thank you sir for a great collection. We saw the not-so-fat Elvis, Ozzy, and the start of the post-Beatles rock era. I had never heard of Question by The Moody Blues before following this channel -- such an amazing song. The entire anti-war spirit thrives in 1970. I watched the Laurel Canyon documentary on the late 60's/early 70's of California (worth your time if you haven't seen it) and David Crosby had an interesting perspective about that ear. (paraphrasing here) "We came in and thought we could change the world... and in the end we changed nothing." I cannot thank you enough for educating all of us on these changes in music over the years. Almost every video introduce me to a song that I have never heard before and want to listen to the full version.
Singer Tony Burrows was in a number of bands around that time, several simultaneously (Pipkins, Edison Lighthouse, White Plains, Flowerpot Men, etc.) and was a one hit wonder with 4 different bands.
