Introducing Late Model Racecraft's Second 1500HP Rapid Blue Twin Turbo C8 Corvette of 2023. Powered by a custom-built LT2 engine from LME, featuring an upgraded clutch and an LMR titanium cat-back exhaust. A FuelTech ECM seamlessly integrates with the factory computer, propelling the twin turbos to produce an impressive 1241 RWHP and 1049 RWTQ. All modifications were performed in-house at Late Model Racecraft, bearing the signature of Steven Fereday as a mark of his approval.

If I didn't need to use it as my daily driver, I would let you guys continue tuning it until you beat another world record. I cannot thank everyone enough for their hard work, from Justin and the phones to Dan on the wrench 🔧 , and of course, Steven, for tuning the car and making my dream a reality. Funny story I wanted to buy one never happened, bought my C8 instead thinking I'd get a C8 Z06, that didn't happen, but it all work out I've got a Fereday Corvette now! I'd love to own a 2019 zr1 one day (and a 4th gen Camaro, I’d miss having one )

As a former 1/4 mile racer and current owner of a 2021 C8 3LT Z51, I get the cool factor from big hp. I also own a 2016 AMG GTs with 503 hp. Both are very fast cars from the factory. What I learned from actual racing is that unless you modify the suspension (to the extent possible) big hp doesn't materially increase road performance and usually just breaks stuff. The engineering behind these cars is extensive and purposeful. Off the tack I don't know how you can really enjoy big hp given traffic and road conditions. Not a good use of funds IMO but I still get the cool factor.

If I don't wanna do the fuel tank How much power would I be getting the max out of my C8 doing all the other stuff from the 1500 package would I still get 1500 or close to it I do the ice tank and I probably wanna do a inner chiller if that's possible but what would we be talking in horse power without the Math tank just the ice tank in there I would do the flex Fuel system that way I can run E85 in it also I just don't want to run math And my thumb TruckEspecially it's hard to find where I live will wait to hear back from You with your Answer

Not even close, you have to upgrade the fuel system or add a big meth injection kit just to make 600.. E85 makes it even worse as its a less dense fuel..

this is really cool but begs the question if you can get 1200 hp from that displacement why cant the engine be made smaller in scale say half and make 600hp which is more than the c8 now which also would make the car lighter by a decent amount. Everyone wants fast fast but what about 50/100 mpg at say 400 horse well that imo is cool

Save 100lbs maybe? The motor is all aluminum so you wouldn't save much weight and nobody wants a 4 cylinder Corvette.

Or not even that as it will only do it on the dyno.. In reality it won't put down anything over 1000hp before smoking the clutches and going into limp mode.. do more than one pull, it will go into limp.. They aren't telling you of all the current shortcomings at this point.. Just clout numbers for marketing..
