Hi Thuy❤ You must be so excited to have your mother over for a visit. She looks good! This video reminded me of a time when my sister, her two daughters and myself took a drive to my mother’s house in winter time to make lemon lime marmalade because that’s when they were in season. We sat around her kitchen table removing the rind from what felt like a million pieces of fruit 😂 We had such fun laughing and talking and just enjoying the company of one another. My sister hated the marmalade so she used her share to make glazed chickens out of it. Yumm. I loved it and savoured it. After my mom passed away I moved into this house of hers and we still have really fun times. Thank you for taking me back. ❤

The moments you shared are important and will remain in your memory. My partner and I were wondering if Vietnamese schools also do a lot of manual activities, like building objects, sewing or maybe even cooking. Because I see that many Asians have special skills. I see that here, however, many have lost their manual skills, I am horrified when I see people who don't even know how to repair a bicycle inner tube or hang a shelf.

She didn’t have it before. Recently she’s been diagnosed with some kind of autoimmune disease and any kind of seafood triggers the allergic reaction

@@Her86m2 That makes sense. My brother swelled up so he had difficulty breathing while eating crab (?) in Vietnam. First and last time it happened to him, though. But it was scary as it could have stopped his ability to get air and breathe.
