posteriors it communicates with middle cranial fossa via FORAMEN ROTUNDUM, and NOT OVALE. Please clarify this maam . great video

Mam, how many days take vestibular rehabilitation works? I done it now 4 days, no difference i feeling,i suffer with chronic diziness.... Doctor said that, maximum 3 months to recover, and he gave me a catalogue of labyrinthine exercises....I search Mam's , contact or email but i didn't get...., Please reply mam tottally stressed...

I will tell with an example. You are having diseased labrynth on left side. Normally body overcomes this by compensatory mechanisms / actions of right side. You are given labrynthine sedatives to supress acute incapacitating symptoms of acute vertigo for maximum 5 days. But if it is continued, natural compensatory mechanisms will not occur,as normal labrynth will also get depressed by drugs. Usually after an acute attack, a feeling of floating/fullness of head/giddiness will persist for another one to two weeks. It can be overcomed by exercises,but should be done daily for long time . Positive attitude is needed as vertigo has a psychological component also👍
