@@gjproductions8365 Marchand had control of the puck prior to being "offside" According to the rules "A player actually controlling the puck who shall cross the line ahead of the puck shall not be considered “off-side,” provided he had possession and control of the puck prior to his skates crossing the blue line."
Floritual don't get your expectations to high bro, we thought Tats and Nyquist will be the new zetterberg and Pavel and by the looks of it they are past their prime
Is it just me,or is Chara not an nhl caliber player anymore? He let Nielsen score completely unmolested. Good work Boston, give us your playoff spot again!
can anyone explain why marchand wasnt off side, im confused asf beucase his whole body was over the blue line wayyyyy before the puck, is there something im missing

The argument is that he temporarily lost control of the puck. It appears he did lose control. It's a 50/50 call in my opinion. It sucks, but wasn't a terrible call. Coulda' gone either way.

Nice little run here beating MTL, PIT, and BOS before the all-star break. Showing some character in the come behind wins vs PIT and BOS. Home whites? When did that happen? I miss the home whites
wings horns Just for this game. Something probably because it's an original 6 matchup and last season at The Joe. Celebrate some of the history and whatnot.
That logic doesn't work because O6 teams wore darks at home. They switched to home whites decades later, and we only recently went back to the original format. Every once in a while they switch it up. Not sure the reasons, but they do.
refs were very Boston friendly last night I see. not surprising at all anymore. I caught on back in 2008 during the cup run and how back the wings had to fight off every BS penalty, then was even worse the following year. screw these zebras. they all hate the wings
By the rulebook, that challenge by Blashill on the first goal was 100% accurate. That was technically off sides. It's fucking ridiculous that the league can look at a blatant off side like that and rule that it was onsides.
bifffffff I have seen worse the and more obvious offsides goals allowed then this against the wings. I'm wondering when the wings back office will finally call out shitman and his band of cheating zebras

Petr Mrázek this is someone who is extraordinary. He has perfect strides, he believes in the raids. He is perfect goalie men . I love he❤❤. Sorry for my english but I am from czech republic.
They're like a different team right now. I hope they can keep it up. And oh em gee Vanek is such a stud this year. Also I LOVE how pumped Mrazek gets after a win. We need that emotion!
