As a full time property developer and landlord, it worries me that many of the RU-vid learning videos on property are little more than an advert for overly expensive courses that often promote high risk investment strategies. While I am not saying that those schemes can never work, I am saying that anyone wanting to start investing in property must learn and know the fundamentals of the property business.
