Today's spoiler free anime review covers 16 Bit Sensation: Another Layer. While I found it somewhat disappointing, there's quite a bit of charming aspects especially if you're into retro aesthetics, old computers, visual novels, etc. It's basically a 2023 anime set partially in the 1990s.
