នៅទីនេះ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកសិទិ្ធមនុស្ស មានមោទនភាពក្នុងការចូលរួមជាមួយ United Nations in Cambodia, Embassy of Sweden in Phnom Penh និង European Union in Cambodia ក្នុងការសម្ពោធវីដេអូចម្រៀងនេះ ដែលស្តីពីអំពើហិង្សាយេនឌ័រលើផ្លូវភេទ ។ សារសំខាន់គឺ៖ អំណាចក្នុងការយល់ព្រម ដូចជាការនិយាយថា “ព្រម” ឬ “ទេ” ចំពោះសកម្មភាពផ្លូវភេទណាមួយ ដែលត្រូវបានការពារដោយច្បាប់សកលស្តីពីសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិ និងច្បាប់របស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
វីដេអូចម្រៀងដ៏ស្រស់បំព្រងនេះ ចង្អុលបង្ហាញពីទិដ្ឋភាពរបស់ សកម្មជនស្ត្រី សិល្បករស្ត្រី និងមន្ត្រីការទូតស្ត្រីរបស់កម្ពុជាដែលបានចូលរួម ពួតដៃគ្នាជាកម្លាំងរួមមួយចិត្ត។ ស្ត្រីទាំងនេះភាគច្រើនធ្លាប់មានបទពិសោធន៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនពីការទទួលរងអំពើហិង្សាយេនឌ័រ។ ប្រសិនបើសិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នកត្រូវបានរំលោភបំពានដោយទង្វើណាមួយលើផ្លូវភេទ ដែលខ្លួនមិនចង់បាន ឬមិនស្វាគមន៍ នោះ សូមចងចាំថាអ្នកមានការការពារតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ និងធនធានដែលមានស្រាប់សម្រាប់ជួយដល់អ្នកក្នុងពេលឥឡូវនេះ។

Thirty years ago there was an acknowledgement. That acknowledgement was of an epidemic of violence against women around the world and an acknowledgement that something needed to change. As a result, #16DaysofActivism was born. Today marks the first day of the 30th campaign, the central objective of which is to call for the elimination of all forms of gender-based violence against women - and which remains just as relevant today.
Here in #Cambodia 🇰🇭, UN Human Rights Cambodia 🇺🇳 is proud to join with United Nations in Cambodia, Embassy of Sweden in Phnom Penh and European Union in Cambodia in launching this #music video on sexual gender-based violence. The central message is this: the power to consent-- to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to any form of sexual activity -- is protected by both international human rights law and Cambodian laws.
This beautiful music video features Cambodia’s women activists, women artists and women diplomats all joining forces. Many of these women have their own personal experiences with gender-based violence. If your rights have been violated by any unwanted or unwelcome sexual act, there are legal protections and resources that are available to you right now.
