ទិវា UN នេះ សូមអបអរសាទរការកាន់តែឆ្លាត…[ENGLISH BELOW]
នៅពេលដែលចំនួនមនុស្សកាន់តែកើនឡើងផ្លាស់ទីទៅទីក្រុងនានារបស់ពិភពលោក ដោយមានអ្នករស់នៅទីក្រុងជុំវិញពិភពលោកកើនឡើងទ្វេដងដល់ ៣.៥ ពាន់លាននាក់ ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៤០ឆ្នាំ ដល់ឆ្នាំ២០១៥ វាមានសារៈសំខាន់កាន់តែខ្លាំងឡើងដែលទីក្រុងមិនត្រឹមតែរីកចម្រើនប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវបាន រចនាផងដែរ។
នេះជាគោលគំនិតនៃទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃ ហើយអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (UN) ប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា មកទីនេះដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃរបស់កម្ពុជា ដែលឆ្នាំនេះបានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាអំពីរបៀបអភិវឌ្ឍក្រុងព្រះសីហនុទៅជាទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃ ស្របតាមគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងបទដ្ឋាន និងស្តង់ដារសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស - រួមបញ្ចូលទាំងអនុសាសន៍ដែលកម្ពុជាទទួលយកក្នុងការពិនិត្យរបាយការណ៍ជាសាកលតាមពេលកំណត់លើកទីបីរបស់ខ្លួននៅក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស។ ការិយាល័យសិទ្ធិមនុស្សរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា @UnitedNationsinCambodia
និង @UNHABITAT នៅកម្ពុជា បានរួមគ្នាជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ការពិភាក្សាលើការធានាផលប្រយោជន៍របស់ជនក្រីក្រ ជនដែលមិនត្រូវបានគេគិតដល់ ឬក្រុមដែលងាយរងគ្រោះ ត្រូវបានពិចារណាក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទីក្រុង រួមនឹងកត្តាដូចជា និរន្តរភាព និងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ។
ទីក្រុងឆ្លាតវៃពិត មើលថែប្រជាជនទាំងអស់ ហើយ UN នៅកម្ពុជា នៅទីនេះដើម្បីជួយគាំទ្រ! ទិវា UN នេះ ដែលជាខួបលើកទី ៧៦ នៃការបង្កើតអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ យើងប្រារព្ធការចូលរួមចំណែក ការផ្តោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងភាពជាដៃគូនៃការងាររបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា។ សូមទស្សនាវីដេអូខាងក្រោម ដើម្បីដឹង ថាតើអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា កំពុងជួយគាំទ្រប្រទេសឆ្ពោះទៅអនាគតយ៉ាងដូចម្តេច។
This UN DAY let’s celebrate getting smarter…
As growing numbers of people move to the world’s cities, with city dwellers around the world doubling to 3.5 billion in the 40 years to 2015, it is increasingly important that cities don’t just grow but are designed.
This is the concept of a SMART CITY and the UN in Cambodia is here to support #Cambodia’s development of Smart Cities, this year holding workshops on how to develop Sihanoukville into a Smart City aligned with both the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and human rights norms and standards - including recommendations Cambodia accepted in its third Universal Periodic Review at the Human Rights Council. The UN Human Rights Office Cambodia, the United Nations in Cambodia
and UN-HABITAT in Cambodia came together with Sihanoukville local authorities and leaders to facilitate discussions on ensuring the interests of the poor, marginalized, and vulnerable groups or communities are considered in city development, alongside factors like sustainability and climate change.
A truly smart city looks after all of its people and the UN in Cambodia is here to support! This #UNDay, the 76th anniversary of the creation of the United Nations, we celebrate the contributions, focus and partnerships of the UN’s work in Cambodia.
